Please read these instructions carefully:
1. This page should appear in a separate window from the rest of our pages. It contains an order-form. Because it's in a separate window, you can retain it on your screen, and add items to your order, while you continue to search the rest of our site for more items that interest you.
2. Offprints of articles are priced at 20p per A4 side. Postage and packing, and an administration charge (currently £2.00), are added to the price of each order.
3. Recent volumes of PDNHAS are in A4 format, but some older volumes (1--55, 81--93) are small enough for a double-page to fit on each A4 side. Sometimes there are Plates, additional to the numbered pages.
4. Please order articles by Volume : First page : Short title.
Example : Vol. 123, page 1, Winterborne Came Rectory
Always give a short title, to guard against mistakes.
5. When you have completed your order, make sure you have filled in your full postal and e-mail addresses, and send it to us, using the `SEND' button. You send no money with your order. We will assemble the items you have asked for, and advise you by e-mail of what you need to pay. Then post either a cheque or your card details (Mastercard, Visa or Maestro/Switch) to our Administrator at Dorset County Museum, High West Street, Dorchester DT1 1XA, and your order will be posted to you. We will always try to handle your order without delay, but we cannot undertake to deliver by a specified deadline.
6. We regret that: we cannot accept card details over the Internet; we do not accept other cards (such as Amex).
7. Whole volumes of PDNHAS, and Monographs of the Society, may be ordered in the same way. Please order volumes by volume-number, and monographs by monograph number if there is one, otherwise by title.
Prices and availability of volumes vary. Please state what volumes you want, and we will reply with a price, with no obligation to purchase.
8. If you have problems, use the space for questions on the order form, and we will try to answer quickly. You don't have to order anything at the same time!
